The training and examinations of the American Institute of Stores and Inventory Management, AISIM is written six times in a year.

Batch A

Training Duration: 2nd Week of January to 3rd Week of February
Examination: Last Week of February.

Batch B

Training Duration: 1st Week of March to 3rd Week of April
Examination: Last Week of April.

Batch C

Training Duration: 1st Week of May to 3rd Week of June
Examination: Last Week of June.

Batch D

Training Duration: 1st Week of July to 3rd Week of August
Examination: Last Week of August.

Batch E

Training Duration: 1st Week of September to 3rd Week of October
Examination: Last Week of October.

Batch F

Training Duration: 1st Week of November to 2nd Week of December
Examination: 3rd Week of December.

The American Institute of Stores and Inventory Management Membership and Chartered Program can be study anywhere you are. AISIM has four study methods which are Self-Study, Online, Instructor Support Study and Affiliate Centre. You are expected to choose the best study method suitable to you.

On registration, all study materials are provided to you including study time table and examination time.

Each stage consists of 6 courses and students can decide to register 3 courses on each quarter or the 6 courses on each quarter. Each stage can be completed on each quarter. The pass mark for each course is 50%.

NOTE:
1. High School/Secondary School qualifications will commence with the Foundation Stage to Intermediate Stage to Professional Examination Stage for the purpose of ascertaining the Associate Chartered Stores and Inventory Management Professional, ACSIMP.

2. Associate of Science /Associate of Arts/Diploma or its equivalent will commence with the Intermediate Stage to the Professional Stage Examination Stage for the purpose of ascertaining the Associate Chartered Stores and Inventory Management Professional, ACSIMP.

3. Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent will commence with the Professional Examination Stage for the purpose of ascertaining the Associate Chartered Stores and Inventory Management Professional, ACSIMP.
